We have many customers (Organizations) and we provide them support services defined in ITIL's processes Change Requests, Incident Management and Problem Management. For each organization we have defined an specific list of services with exclusively defined items (For example: Server names, Database Names, Geographic locations, etc)According that behavior, we require to personalize the Help Desk software so when a user (customer employee) wants to create a ticket, the form must show just information related to his organization.
