Your workaround works (tested on v1.9.3) but it's very inconvenient, as it requires multiple admin steps for all new staff members and it confuses them (if they receive welcome links and they try unsuccessfully to use the app, because they get stuck at the password reset requirement). Can you please adapt osticket so as to NEVER require new (or existing) staff members to change their passwords if they have logged in using LDAP authentication?Thank you very much!
