i'm trying to configure the automatic fetching of email of my inbox support, as you can see in the image there is my configuration of thunderbird that is working, and then the configuration of osticket that gives that error "connection broken" anyone know where is the problem?

See that STARTTLS in your screen shot? It is another way of saying Use SSL.Try changing your Mail Box Protocol from IMAP to IMAP + SSL.
May I am wrong, but shouldn't you use the port 993 with IMAP+SSL, since 143 is for IMAP (without SSL) only, but not for IMAP+SSL.

yes i have tried also that port but doesnt work... i think the problem is in the php function on the server. but i'm able to solve it
for test i have also tried to add another email on os ticket and i have tried to add my gmail account i have tried both pop3 and imap and doesn't work.. this must be something on server configuration php
Testing with Gmail is a little tricky, becuase you have to actually go into gmail and change your settings to enable your polling with them.
