I've added some Users to an Organization, and all new tickets that arrive that go to any user within the organization are able to see the tickets of any other user within the Organization by selecting Users>Organizations>Organization> Organization Name>Settings>Organization Members: Add to all tickets from this organization.However, the Users in the Organization are not able to see old tickets for that Organization. I cannot figure out how to give them access. I'm open to modifying the table entries to get this to work, but can't figure out what needs to be modified.Any ideas?Thanks!
