Hello,I'm pretty new to osTicket, I have installed 1.9.2 on Ubuntu LAMP server.Can't seem to wrap my head around this issue:When a new ticket is opened our whole team receives an email.I wish that when one of the team members claims the ticket, the whole team will get an email saying something like:"<NAME> has claimed ticket number ".Also, if the ticket has been reassigned to someone else, the whole team will get an update that the ticket has moved to someone else.Is that possible?Thank you.
