Update,
After a few server restarts I now get the old ticket headings but no body to the ticket, no comments or issues.
PHP error log shows, sure enough:
PHP Fatal Error: Call to a member function getPhoneNumber() on a non-object in
C:\inetpub\wwwroot\support\include\class.ticket.php on line 326
Am I missing something? I understand old tickets don't have the phone number required option set but why if I change an option in forms all my old tickets will just be unaccessible?? Is there a migration I need to do? Documentation is scant at best and I'm not real happy here.
