Hello,First of all, thanks for the wonderful system. It's been really helpful. Hope I didn't put this in the wrong topics.I'm still using osticket v1.6 ST in Centos 6. I know it's quite old consider v1.9.3 is ready but there are some things that me and my team had modified to our needs and we haven't got the time yet to explore whether possible and what must be done to migrate to the newer/newest version without losing the features that we need.Anyway, one of the modifications that we did was add cc part where the ticket creator can add other recipient's email he/she want to add. For example, a user might want to add his/her supervisor's email in the cc part. Besides that, the cc part can contain multiple email address the ticket creator want to add which he/she must divide each email address with a comma. Now here comes the problem. Let say the ticket creator add wrong email address or mistyped the email address he/she wanted to add, there will be a system log showing error like this :Unable to email via ssl://mail.bbb.com Failed to add recipient: com@localhost The error log seems normal. However, due to there's still some modifications need to be done, if the user add more than 1 email address in the cc part and 1 of that email address wrong (might be missed 1 letter in the email or domain part, totally wrong email address, etc) then all the email address in the cc part won't receive notification of the ticket created. So my team must find the ticket, fix the error email address, then only all the recipient in the cc part will receive the next notification in that ticket. The modifications part, where it must be able to send to the rest of the right email address even though there's a wrong email address in the cc part, is our responsibility but I'm more than happy to get help about it should anyone want to help but my question, I think, is about the standard error log. Where must I add/modify so that the error log contain the ticket number? So instead of the standard error log, it will show something like below in the red font :Unable to email via ssl://mail.bbb.com for ticket #123456Failed to add recipient: com@localhost If anyone have experienced same error and manage to solve it, would be thankful to help me. I'd tried to search whether anyone experience the same problem with solution but couldn't find it yet. Thanks
