Hello there,We are using osTicket for our support inbox now too.But we don't know all cool functions yet.So we are curious if we can enable "<br />" automatically, so we don't have to write HTML codes on our own everytime but just press the "enter" button. So is it possible to make real enters when pressing the "enter" button?Best Regards,Dutch4All
What version of osT are you running? I do not have to enter <BR> and just us enter on my ticket responses, and have for years.
Hi, thanks for your reply.I am using osTicket v1.9.3.Should enters work there automatically already?
I have the same problem as the topic starter. Is there maybe a setting we are missing out? Also the ticket response form doesn't have a rich text editor...
Could someone please help me?And then Geert's problem will be solved too. Thanks!
Do you have a little button that looks like <>? Are you using a script blocker? Can you try a different web browser?
Have you enabled or disabled the html ticket thread?(Admin panel -> Settings -> Tickets -> Enable HTML Ticket Thread)
Yes we have enabled it.Should we disable it?

No we don't.And yes, it's the same in other web browsers.
We have fixed the problem, thanks to Chefkeks. This topic can be closed.
Can you please tell me what the fix was? I'm having the same issue about the rich text editor. Thank you.
