Good morning,i have installed all OSTicket without any problems on version 1.9.3.Now i have some people to open Tickets and we cant open the mail sent by OsTicket. I make a diagnostic run and its working without any problems. But some of the mails sent autmatically cant be opened. Tried in different browser and so on, the problem is just in some mails sent.Settings:Incoming Emails: Email Fetching: Enable Fetch on auto-cron Strip Quoted Reply: Enable Reply Separator Tag: Emailed Tickets Priority: Enable Accept All Emails: Accept email from unknown Users Accept Email Collaborators: Automatically add collaborators from email fields Can you help me please. I really need to receive this mail without problems, since they are telling me that the Internet isnt working right and it actually is a problem with the especific mails. I first thought it were a problem with the autofetching so i disabled, since we doesnt use it. Still doestn work fine.Thanks in advance,
