Hi All,I've got an issue with receiving Alerts & Notices by mail.Everything seems to be set-up correctly and if i send a testmail it works OK.The Auto-Responder also appears to work fine. Whenever i create a new ticket, i receive a message (on the "Admin" e-mail address) that the ticket is generated and the submitter also gets an e-mail that a new ticket is generated.However, none of the "Alerts & Notices" appears to be sent out.Whenver i close/assign a ticket, enter a comment or whatsoever, no e-mail is being sent.Attached two screenshots of my configuration.Any help will be appreciated :)Thanks.
