Hi,I want to create an email filter to navigate the mail to the correct department.In the contact information page we added a new field (Language) (Dutch, French, English)I have 3 departments with different template language. (NL,FR,EN)I have 3 filters created to check the Language (There are only 3 filters)The ticket is always created in the default system department.When I use the internal field "Full Name" then it looks ok.
