If this is already possible please let me know.I would like to have more column headers or choose which are displayed while viewing tickets. I currently can only see Ticket, Date, Subject, From, Priority, and Department. I would also like to be able to view the tickets' due date, owner(who it's assigned to), and queue(help topic). I can find this information out by either opening the ticket or previewing it, but it isn't very convenient.Thanks!
