Hi ntozier,you are absolutely right, I wasn't aware that the "bold" status indeed only changes when an answer is posted, not just when the message is read (and I tried till the cows came home, which was quite some time, lol).Thanks for the link to the other statuses that are in discussion currently. There's probably not THE perfect list, but a few more would help a lot to prioritize, and filter tickets more efficiently.As always, thanks a lot for your insights!
