Hello,
I'm having a problem, OsTicket 1.92, of did not received email content when there is a new update on the ticket. I.e.: a user open a ticket. I receive an email with subject "New Ticket Alert" but the content is blank. Same as ticket reply with subject "New Message Alert". Both Support officer (Staff) and the user are receive blank email content.
Does any one know what is the problem?
