After I respond to a ticket, I get the same new ticket alert sometimes 3 or more times. The message is always the same, it's the ticket that was responded too. Does anyone have any experience with?
The only times that I have heard of something like this is: in older versions where the person is replying to a ticket that uses the system email and thus creates a loop.when someone doesn't have osticket delete emails upon picking them up from the server.Since you haven't really given us any information about your setup I refer you to this thread: Please read before requesting assistance.
