it should be possible to set "mark as answered" also for stuff. Not only by department manager.
Simple addition in the stuff authorities?

I modified at the moment the



  • IF you add an internal note you can change the ticket status.
    If you post a reply it marks the ticket as answered.
  • Ok, works, issue can be closed.
