Hi, I have some issues in osticket1. In my dashboard, the statistics showing wrong data of close, open assigned tickets.2. Even if i am searching in search option 'advance' its not showing the exact data. Example: total tickets open is 128. in advance its showing 422 when i check open tickets.3. When admin or helpdesk operator close ticket, why the ticket assigned to him. It should shown in separate column that issue was assigned to this person and close by this person. or in advance search
