Tried searching around and trying to figure out what would work best.In our company we have groups such as Billing, Customer Service etc. We have setup organizations with their managers so they can see there employees tickets etc and that seems to work ok. But on the staff side we have multiple departments. (Helpdesk, Development, Product etc) Originally OSTicket was installed with all the staff members and then Teams when I think they should be setup as departments. Just trying to get an understanding of Teams Vs Departments and what would work best for us.
