AD & HTTP Passthrough & IIS

Installed, configured, and was able to get the LDAP/AD plugin working so staff are now authenticated against AD. I then downloaded, installed, and enabled the HTTP pass through plugin. The site in IIS is set to allow Windows Authentication yet staff is still getting login screen at /SCP. I have zero group policies defined that would conflict...pretty straight forward Windows domain...

Has anyone been able to get AD/HTTP Pass through to work on a Windows Server running IIS 7.5 (Server 2008 R2)? I must be missing some small setting somewhere...The test AD accounts I'm using are set to "Use any available back end" in osTicket. They authenticate fine against AD.

  • I haven't played with this personally yet (but run the same environment) and am planning too at some point soon.
