Hi!I never used customized forms or fields up to now, so this is new to me. With osTicket 1.9 we got Organizations and I managed it to add a own field to organizations where I can enter if the customer has a valid support contract or not.If we get a new ticket now, I can click on the "user" in the ticket header and switch to the organization tab to see this information. That is a great thing and helps a lot. But, it woul be even better if I could see this field (or the complete organization form) directly in the ticket header. There is a "manage forms" option, but there is only one section "Ticket Details" available. Below I find a "Add a new form to this ticket" function, but it will make nothing.Is there any way to see the organization information directly?Cheers,Juergen
