Hi guys,I have only just discovered osTicket and am very impressed with it.. I have tried to find an answer to this but have been unsuccessful so hopefully someone can help here.I just want to know if its possible to forward an email and have it appended to an existing ticket thread? I have tried forwarding the email and including the ticket ID in the subject is the format but osTicket just creates a new ticket instead. The email was forwarded from the same email address that I use to login to my account in the SCP, also I have osTicket fetching emails via IMAP.Any help would be very much appreciated.Many thanksGareth
