    Is is possible with this new version to to add or substitute a column in the ticket view ? We would really like to be able to view "Due Date" in this ticket listing page.

    Hi,

    OSTicket V1.9 has reduced lot of features which resolves the issues found in V1.8.
    Really v1.9 is gud. Looking for more enhanced features.

    It's probably doable modifying include/staff/tickets.inc.php around line 328... But I'm not confident enough to do it. Hope theming offers hooks for that, too... Ordering by due date is probably much more useful than ordering by ticket number (expecially when using random ticket numbers). So yes, I'd be interested in seeing it, too :)
