css code errors and ?d5b9d83 behind everything

This is not really a issue, or well it was but not anymore.

in the scp login-header.php
you had a css loaded as:
<link rel="stylesheet" href="css/login.css" type="text.css?d5b9d83" />

while it should be:
<link type="text/css" rel="stylesheet" href="css/login.css" />

i'm not sure if others have this issue or not but i only noticed it while using a different browser (as chrome still had it correctly in cache).

besides this i see every css and js file with a ?d5b9d83
which seems to stand for "define('GIT_VERSION', 'd5b9d83');"
is it safe to assume i can remove the ?d5b9d83 from the includes? as it's kind of weird.

PS: also found some odd spacings in the header,inc.php but they did not seem to bother anything.
