Do ticket filters execute on a reply from the user (client, not staff)?
e.x.User creates a ticket with an email to the email@example.com. User then replies to the auto-reply email with more information.
I would like to trigger a ticket filter on this reply from the user. Here is a current filter that I have in place so that a user can change their priority to high. The filter doesn't execute on a reply from the user, although it will execute on a new ticket creation.
