Hello,I did some more playing around, and found that there is a defect in the UI regarding the permissions and what buttons are displayed. I don't know if it is a general defect, or just a defect in my system.When a Staff Member\Group has the Edit Ticket permission, but not the Ban Email permission, the Change Ticket Owner button will NOT appear in the ticket window. If you give a Staff Member\Group both the Edit Ticket and Ban Email permission, the Change Ticket Owner button will appear in the ticket window. Further, if you remove the Edit Ticket, but leave the Ban Email permission, the Change Ticket Owner button will not be present (this is expected). In summary, the Change Ticket Owner button will not appear in the ticket window unless a Staff Member\Group has both the Edit Ticket and Ban Email permissions.
