Good Afternoon,I have a problem with osTicket and sending emails for a new ticket.When the user opens a ticket they should, and previously did receive an email with their ticket number and link etc. (As configured in the templates).However, the user no longer receives this message! The department receive their email to say there is a ticket though.I am using v1.8.1 and using the PHP email function.I have checked the PHP log and there are no errors in there. I am using PHP version 5.5.3Under the department none of the auto response settings are disabled, template in set and enabled, the help topic does not have the feature disabled. Am I missing something?Please let me know if I can provide any more information that will help.
