  • Sorry no reply is "Do Not Email Reply"..
  • I haven't seen this, but then I always email out replies.  Are you seeing any errors in your php or mysql error logs?

  • Just to add.. I get the email within seconds but stays spinning around.  I "replied" and got the reply before I started typing here and its just stopped spinning around now ( its not blank this time - but may be the next time , will be )
  • The error that you posted does not appear to match the problem that you are reporting... as the MailFetcher is for well fetching email not sending it.  I've asked the devs to take a look at this anyway.
  • I think the issue corresponding with the log messages was fixed here. It should be released in the next release cycle of osTicket; probably next week. You could download and apply a patch, or just download the patched files from the commit.

I'm with Neil, though, I think the log messages don't match the title problem statement of this thread.
  • Thanks Guys - I agree - just a Red Herring - but all the logs show me right now. Will wait for next release.

    Thanks again!
  • All set with 1.9.1 , thank you!
  • Fantastic!  I'm glad that the new version fixed the problem that you were having.  I'm going to close this thread as resolved, but should you encounter another issue, or have another question/comment/etc please fee free to start a new thread.  :)
