I'm using v1.8.1.2. I've recently setup this installation and am testing.When I access the client front-end support center and click Check Ticket Status, I am taken to the page to enter my email address and ticket number. I then receive an email with a link that should allow me to check the status. The link however takes me back to this same page asking for my email address and ticket number with a button to request a link.I never get logged in.
I am having this some issue. Please anybody help?!?1
