Ability to personalize the "From email" when notices are sent to the client. This give a personal touch to the emails when scanning the inbox rather than a robotic "ACME Support". The email id itself can be the same, just the Name field in First Last <support@acme.com> will be customized.For e.g. From Email: support@acme.comFrom Name: %{ticket.staff}Should result in:From: From: Edwin Huang <support@acme.com>From: Premium Support <support@acme.com>If this can be done via the email templates section for each type of Alert or Notice, that will be awesome.
