Custom Ticket Status's
External Customer Login to see all current tickets for specific company or set of users
Grouping of customers to single company
Ability to filter a ticket from email to a Team aswell as department, this would be beneficial where we have 3 teams 1st line, 2nd line, 3rd line,
Also is there any documentation developing for the osticket platform ?
