Would love to see a way for osTicket to connect to Facebook or Twitter profiles, allowing you to answer customers through osTicket, putting all avenues of customer support under one roof.

This is not possible at this time (unless you modify the code) as we don’t have a fully RESTful API. We will implement a fully RESTful API in the future that will make this at least possible.

Any update on this? Social media integration is still much required - any way to poll FB or 'X' or similar would be a good start, and to post back to them would also be good!
