I saw the suggestion to auto populate the default ticket fields (Issue Summary and Issue Details), and would like to take it a step further and see some smart urls go into place. For instance:www.myamazingdomain.com/osticket/open.php?HelpTopic='Request for Accounts',IssueSummary='New Account',IssueDetails='Please add this new account'The information provided at the URL could help auto populate some mundane tasks based on where the users clicked the links from. If this feature is already in place, then someone show me how to use it. Thanks.
