Howdy --I love osTicket so far -- great feature set, very focused, and does it well. I was wondering if it would be possible to add in the ability for tickets to intelligently handle CCs.We have a lot of end users that CC other folks mentioned in the ticket, or CC their department heads, etc. It would be very useful if osTicket could capture these (right now, I don't see any indication that there was a CC on the email without opening up the original assigned ticket email folder) and give the option to also send replies to those CC'd on the original (or the ability to add additional people to a ticket for notifications).I know this isn't something that can just be slapped on, but I thought I'd throw it out there just the same.Thanks for your hard work!
