How do I disable the admin alert saying a new ticket was created

Hi all

each time a ticket is created, I get (as the admin), an email with a 'new ticket' alert--how can I disable this?


  • Admin panel -> Settings -> Alerts & Notices -> New Ticket Alert

    And shut it off.

    when i deleted ticket, after some days it was recreated as RE: New ticket alert. How can i solved it? I dont want it recreated.  

    Version osticket: 1.10
