I have been spending months trying to find a support ticketing system that had the option to log time. I like to keep a record and track of my hours I spend out in the field for billing and I also like to track the time I spend in house although in house jobs are flat rate its still nice to know how many hours your putting in I can't believe no one had thought of this and implemented it the closes i found was using zendesk with harvest both services you have to pay 20 bucks a month for how stupid so now i'm currently learning php so i can write my own program but in the mean time i am having to use google spredsheet and it would be realy nice if the developers of osticket could add a way of tracking time spent on a ticket
