Morning Fellas,I was wondering if this may already be out there, or if someone would enjoy working on it in their spare time. I'm looking for a modification that allows for a variable to include Ticket History in response emails.Basically, like the image I've included below. (Don't mind the black ink, Company Information and Names are hidden for reasons). I left one first name unhidden, as well as part of the ID so you can see the locations of those pieces of the template.Any ideas?
