I've just setup osTicket (v1.8.0.1) and I'm trying to modify the 'New Ticket Alert' Template by adding the Phone Number. For some reason I cant get the number to pull through and appear in the email. Any assistance would be appreciated.
I'm running 1.8.0.1 and it works for me.Admin panel -> Emails -> Templates -> my default activated templateAddPhone: %{ticket.phone}I opened a test ticket, and the email it generated included the phone number.
Strange, that's exactly what I have and it doesn't come through?

Please copy and paste just the plain text (and variables) from your template. It should look something like this:Label: %{target.variable}
Just upgraded it to 1.8.0.2 and everything is now working,
