osTicket v1.10 (stable) and Maintenance Release v1.9.15 are now available! Go get it now
"Assigned To" column in the Open Tickets list.
This should be an easy feature to set up, and I'm sure we're not the only ones who can use this.
Currently, there's no way to show which ticket is assigned to what person, except by opening the ticket. This can quickly get very tedious if you need to verify the status of all the assigned tickets.
I might be able to supply the code necessary to do this at a later date, but I haven't spelunked the code enough so far.
