`Manage tickets by email!

Hello. Email is the future of support. The idea (already implemented by some paid products) is that operators manage tickets using only their email client.
You can send commands in the email itself to close, reassign, escale or do anything with a Ticker with a sintax like:
::<assign_to jmejia>

and make the support personal work without using the web interfase.
Extra points if this is added via a gmail extension
