Adding custom form values to the filter options of the Ticket Filters
I am currently fine-tuning an install of v1.8. I have successfully
setup auto-cron for email polling to auto generate tickets. However, I
have multiple locations that I manage. I would like the option to have a
filter that will add a location before creating the ticket. It would
do this based on the subject, body, or sender address.
I created the "Location" list, and made it a required item when creating a web ticket, but cannot add this list to my filters.
It would be great to be able to add custom lists or forms to the filter actions.
