I run my apache chrooted, everything seems to run fine, except
that when i use the cronjob to fetch new tickets from our email system
the attachments failes to store.
That i can understand because
Admin Panel -> Settings -> Attachments -> Attachment Folder
is in my case set to /osticket/attachments which on the real filesystem
is /var/www/osticket/attachments. So that folder is different if i run via cron or from the web.
My simple hack to go around this was to add one line to
include/class.ticket.php, the attached diff isnt pretty, but
IT WORKS FOR ME
But what i suggest is to split the attachment folder option into
two. One for the server and one for the pop3 stuff, if the pop3
isnt filled in, use the one for the server.
cheers and thanks for a osticket
