I have test the email setting and everything seems to be working through my googlemail account, but when it comes to hotmail.com there is a problem...
on the server mail you have (the email has bounced back)
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error.
550 SC-001 Unfortunately, messages from 64.120.179.2 weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list. You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors(http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors).
(email address removed)
On further investigation a few of others have the problem so I looked in hotmail.com
550 SC-001 - Mail rejected by Windows Live Hotmail for policy reasons. Reasons for rejection may be related to content with spam-like characteristics or IP/domain reputation. If you are not an email/network admin please contact your Email/Internet Service Provider for help.
Would you say hotmail.com is blocking os_ticket or would you say that its hotmail.com blocking the server?
Does anyone know a way of sorting this yet? is there a work around?
as you can't just blacklist hotmail.com clients?:
