I installed osTicket and it works fine, but it doesn’t fetch email automatically from the email inbox and also it doesn’t send an alert email when the new ticket created.
So, what the settings of email should be?
Please help me :(

I am having the exact issue.. I have set up all the settings for fetching email and enabled all alerts.. I cannot get osTicket to open a ticket when I send an email to support address

i am having same problem. I came across a post from a fellow member in which member has posted a screenshot of email he is getting from system. Email does not contain From name ....its left blank. I have hardware firewall installed i think it may be considering it as spam.
Anyhow this is my understanding may be we are doing another mistake.
