A nice feature could be the ability to have whitelists for inbound emails.
Basically the idea would be that as a manager I can submit tickets to an internal queue (no different to any other queue) and the system would accept it as a whitelisted address for a particular department.
At the moment the system handles blacklists but only on a global level.
Food for thought.
