I am getting this too.
I tried exporting the database and importing it onto a new ticket installation but there is contradicting information which is annoying.
The reason for trying to start from a clean install was to find out if it was the hosting company, coding modifications or an issue with the DB.
Using apache on mine with the latest running versions of mySql and php.
