first of all; when logging in (as admin or normal staff user, doesn't matter), no tickets are shown, only when searching with no keywords. For user admin commenting line 63 in includes/staff/tickets.inc.php ($qwhere = ' WHERE 1';) did the trick. Didn't really spent much time yet tackling the problem for normal users.
I got the app to import the e-mail and assign tickets to it. But when replying to an existing ticket, it just assigns a new ticket id to it, instead of recognizing it as a reply to... anyone already encountered this problem?
looking forward to the stable release! can't use osticket yet 'cause there are to many bugs, but waiting patiencely, didn't found another ticket system so effectively and simple as this one, keep up the good work!
btw, running it on php 5.1.6, mysql 5.0.27
