Hi,
Just installed osticket here and it's almost exactly what we need.
The alert feature for overdue tickets is a pretty critical requirement. I created a test ticket on Friday morning, and set the overdue time limit to 24 hours.
I didn't touch the system all weekend, and logged onto osticket this morning (Monday), 72 hours after I'd created the ticket, and got an email saying that it was overdue by 24 hours. So the notification email was 48 hours late!
I understand that this uses something similar to the "autocron" system for email for people who can't use regular cron.
But is there a way to make this feature run in a crontab instead?
ie. the ideal solution is one that would have seen me receive the warning email on Saturday, despite not logging into osticket website until Monday.
I've read the docs/wiki and searched the forums but couldn't see this question asked - apologies if I missed it.
Thanks!
