Hi,
I got a problem with auto-respond mails from OSTicket.
I have pipe email turned on. If a client mails a question to the support email, he gets automatically back the auto-respond email.
But the "From" line says "User ****** (******@s42.webhost****.nl) on behalf of noreply@ (****ill.nlnoreply@****ill.nl)"
(note that the " *** " are not in the real email message!)
I don't want to have those two email adresses in the "From:" line, I just want to have "noreply@****ill.nl" there.
So I searched arround this forum, and I saw a thread similar of my problem. But the solution from that topic didn't work at my osticket.
I contacted my webhoster, and he said that it was a problem from OSticket, not from the hosting software.
So does anyone here know a solution for my problem?
