I understand I'm doing a "Post reply", and its SUPPOSED to e-mail, but I am typically doing attachments and things, which I can't do with an internal note.
Is there a way I can either a) stop these e-mails, regardless of the "proper" functionality (but possibly restore them later?) or b) add attachment functionality to the "Internal notes"?
