I rolled my osticket back a few days and fixed the authentication required problem. It had something to do with trying to put 'assigned to' in the ticket view. Anyway, now I have a significantly more confusing problem.
Everything is working fine but it won't let one person login. It is singling out this person and I'm not really sure why, but it won't let them login. They used to be able to, nothing changed, and now it won't let them. It says "authentication required." Could this be that she was already logged in in another window and tried to login again? or something similar to that?
How confusing.
